This was a fun lady to figure out...the ribbon cockade beret has been THE hat project of quarantine.  I love the way it looks with the striped grosgrain ribbon and the saucer shape gives it a pinwheel quality in my eye.  She's trimmed with a pinkish/purple feather spray and two great boîte feather sprays.  I would love to see her paired with a 1930's shirt dress and matching purse.  The hat attaches to the head with an elastic that goes under your hair at the back.
